Film

Jim's first feature film The Greasy Strangler premiered at The Sundance Film Festival in 2016. The Greasy Strangler won the Discovery Award at the British Independent Film Awards and Best Comedy at the Empire Magazine Film Awards. It was released by FilmRise in the US in October 2016. It was released by Picturehouse in the UK.

Jim's second feature film An Evening With Beverly Luff Linn, starring Aubrey Plaza, Jemaine Clement, Emile Hirsch and Craig Robinson as Beverly Luff Linn, premiered at The Sundance Film Festival in 2018. It was released by Universal Pictures in the US in October 2018. It was released by Picturehouse in the UK.

Jim also premiered the pilot of Tropical Cop Tales in the Indie Episodic section of The Sundance Film Festival in 2018. The First Season of Tropical Cop Tales premiered on adult swim in February 2019.
